A festive invitation from Green & Healthy Frome and Sustainable Frome
to our community to celebrate all the great work from 2023.

Let’s come together for a green festive meet-up! After a busy 2023 where Frome’s community has once again outdone itself when it comes to actions to create a greener and healthier future admirably tackled in the face of some mighty local and global challenges, this meeting will offer a chance to relax and celebrate all of the achievements of the past 12 months. And of course, there will be mince pies!

The list of the year’s achievements by voluntary groups and individuals in Frome is certainly long – from reducing food waste, to starting new community gardens, the launch of Transition Streets in Frome, another incredibly successful Great Big Green Week, a plethora of inspiring events to support Sustainable Fashion Week, a smashing Pumpkin Day and becoming a certified Bee Friendly Town. And to make sure 2024 can live up to this, this will be a chance to informally start discussing what comes next.

Make sure to arrive by 7pm to enjoy free food from Lungi Babas.
